Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of confidentiality and productivity are required by the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Functions:

• Prepare patient for physical examination
• Measure and record vital signs
• Gather patient assessment information
• Perform telephone triage
• Administer injections and immunizations
• Perform phlebotomy
• Arrange diagnostic testing

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education: High school diploma and graduate of an approved nursing program
• Minimum Experience: Previous patient care experience
• Other Requirements: LPN license in the state of Indiana and CPR
