POSITION SUMMARY

  • Manager of Revenue Integrity is a key member of the Physician Revenue Cycle management team responsible for daily operations management, department budget, hiring, performance management, development/training, education, and auditing of charge entry, coding, and payer credentialing staff.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Level of Education
    • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting or High School Diploma with 5 years’ experience in revenue integrity operations in a hospital environment
    • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Clinical Informatics, or similar. Other: Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) or Certified Healthcare Auditor (CHA)

  • Level of Experience
    • Minimum: 5 years physician coding or revenue cycle operations experience required within physician office setting.
    • Preferred: Two (2) years supervisory/management experience.
