The Senior IS Analyst position coordinates upgrades and maintenance of assigned software applications and trains authorized new providers, employees or non-employed individuals on electronic medical record systems use. The EPIC Analyst develops and delivers training, supports end users and the implementation of optimization projects for primary financial and clinical information systems (HIS) at Riverview Health.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, organizing, and testing of upgrades and maintenance of the hospital’s software applications (HIS).
- Facilitate and lead committees between Information Systems Department, users, and Mercy Health.
- Develop training documentation.
- Coordinate and deliver training for new providers (both affiliated and employed), employees.
- Coordinate the IT related portion of onboarding employed providers, hospitalists ED providers and other medical staff providers.
