The Registered Nurse (RN) encompasses all duties relating to providing exemplary patient care services at Riverview Health. Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of confidentiality and productivity are required by the Registered Nurse (RN).

The License Practical Nurse (LPN) encompasses all duties relating to providing exemplary patient care services at Riverview Health. Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of confidentiality and productivity are required by the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Functions:
- Ensure the provision of customer focused care and safety in the rehab setting
- Carry out responsibilities within the framework of the established standards of patient care in nursing practice.
- Monitor, regulate, change and discontinue intravenous fluids
- Administer prescribed interventions, both medical and nursing when qualified.
- Answer patient call lights
- Make frequent rounds of all assigned patients to determine condition and needs
Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) Job Functions:
- Use the nursing process, demonstrate a strong clinical knowledge base while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients within the framework of standards of patient care in nursing practice
- Deliver care to the acutely ill and injured patients of the community.
- Anticipate and respond to patient needs.
- Monitor the ongoing physical, psychological, social, safety, educational and discharge needs of each patient.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team
- Team focused

Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:
- Minimum: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program Licensed RN in the state of Indiana
- Other Requirement: CPR, ACLS within one year of hire
